Every business starts with a free trial, and every plan includes the whole system. This is how the trial works and what happens after it.
The free trial
- 30 days, from the day you set up your business.
- No card. Nothing is charged, and there is no card on file to charge.
- Cash only to begin with. Card payments are switched on separately — see take card payments.
- A reminder email arrives 7 days before the trial ends.
Plans
Sonorch is priced by team size. Every plan includes the point of sale, online booking and reminders, and the AI receptionist with unlimited calls and texts.

Plans run month to month, with no contract. The current prices are always on the pricing page.
Choosing a plan
Plans cannot be bought inside the iPhone, iPad or Android app. Sign in to your account at pos-app.sonorch.ai/account in a web browser to choose one.
When a trial ends without a plan
The app shows Your plan has ended, and new sales, bookings and changes pause. You keep what you already have:
- Open tickets, reports and closing out the drawer keep working.
- Your online booking page and your check-in kiosk stay up.
