Terms of Use
Terms for using Sonorch.
These terms apply to the Sonorch website and service unless a signed customer agreement says otherwise.
Sonorch is operated by Lumoras LLC ("Lumoras", "we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the Sonorch website and service.
Using the service
You may use Sonorch only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms, your selected plan, and any applicable customer agreement. You are responsible for account activity, authorized users, and the accuracy of business information and scheduling rules supplied to Sonorch.
Call and privacy responsibilities
You are responsible for determining and providing any notices or consents required for call recording, transcription, automated interactions, caller memory, marketing, and appointment communications in the locations where you operate.
Scheduling and business actions
Sonorch performs actions using the configuration, availability, permissions, and connected systems supplied by the customer. Customers should review their setup, service menu, staff access, business hours, cancellation rules, and escalation procedures before production use.
Acceptable use
You may not use Sonorch to violate law, deceive callers, harass people, compromise another system, transmit malicious content, collect information without authority, or interfere with service operation. You may not attempt to bypass account, tenant, billing, or integration boundaries.
Text message terms
Businesses that use Sonorch send text messages to their customers from the business's own phone number. Lumoras LLC sends these messages on the business's behalf. These terms apply to anyone who receives them.
- Messages. Appointment confirmations, reminders, notices that an appointment was changed or cancelled, booking verification codes, receipts requested at the counter, and replies from the business's staff. Confirmations may include a map link to the business, and receipts may include a link to review it. Offers and news are sent only to customers who separately agreed to receive them.
- Consent. Giving your phone number to a business to book or manage an appointment is agreement to texts about that appointment. Agreeing to offers and news is optional, and is not a condition of any purchase.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies with your bookings and the business.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts from that business. You may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to receive texts again.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email contact@sonorch.ai.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing. See the Privacy Notice.
Businesses that use Sonorch to text their customers must have each customer's agreement to be texted, send offers and news only to customers who agreed to receive them, and honor every opt-out.
Plans and payment
Paid use is governed by the pricing, plan limits, renewal period, usage charges, and other terms shown at purchase or in a customer order. Plan availability and pricing may change prospectively.
Third-party services
Sonorch relies on third-party telephony, media, speech, AI, email, payment, and scheduling services. Their availability and terms can affect a configured workflow. Sonorch is not responsible for changes made independently by those providers.
Availability and changes
Sonorch works to provide a reliable service but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be improved, replaced, limited, or discontinued as the product and provider ecosystem change.
Ownership
Sonorch and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, website, and branding. Customers retain rights in the business content and data they are authorized to provide, subject to the processing needed to deliver the service.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or ended for nonpayment, unlawful or harmful use, security risk, material breach, or discontinuation of the service. Customers remain responsible for charges incurred before termination.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Voice AI can misunderstand speech, incomplete information, or unusual requests. Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate automation boundaries and maintaining a reasonable path for requests that need human judgment, emergency response, professional advice, or unsupported actions.
Changes to these terms
Sonorch may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current published version. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply unless a separate agreement provides otherwise.
