How do the plans differ?

Only by the size of your team. Every plan includes the AI receptionist with unlimited calls and texts, the point of sale, and online booking and reminders. The plans cover up to 5, 10 or 20 staff, and a team of 21 or more gets a custom plan.

Who counts as staff?

Every active staff member on your account, whether they work the register, take appointments or both. Staff you deactivate stop counting, so someone who has left does not hold a place on your plan.

Is there a limit on calls or texts?

Accepted Answer

No. Every plan includes unlimited AI receptionist calls and unlimited text messages. There is no minute allowance to run out of and no per-minute charge — the only thing that changes the price is the size of your team.

What happens when my team grows?

You move to the plan that fits. A staff member beyond your plan’s limit cannot be added until you switch to a larger plan, and you can switch at any time. Past 20 staff, get in touch and we will set up a custom plan.

Do I have to choose a plan to start the trial?

No. The free trial starts without a plan and takes no card. You choose the plan that fits your team when the trial ends.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Plans are month-to-month and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.
