Scheduling requests are checked against your rules and confirmed with the caller before anything is booked.
It answers as your business and never pretends to be a named member of your team.
When a caller needs someone, the receptionist can put the call through to your team.
Caller memory comes from the caller’s own words, never from the receptionist’s, and you can delete any of it.
