When reminders go out
Appointment reminders are sent 24 hours before each appointment. The timing is fixed.
The waitlist
Add someone
When booking, tick Also add them to the waitlist for something earlier.
A slot opens
When an earlier slot frees up, it is held for 15 minutes for the next person waiting.
They reply to take it
They are sent a text and reply YES to accept.
